ReplyDeleteMade these for St. Patrick's day, first time to make 'fancy' cupcakes. They were wonderful. Used the same cake recipe to make some mini-cupcakes. Was wondering, could the cakes and icing be make a couple days ahead so i could transport them a couple of hundred miles, then assembled at my destination? If needed I could go without the oreos if they would get soggy. I just won't have access to much of a kitchen where I will be. Thanks so much, love your site, can't wait to make the lemonade cupcakes.!
